Blueberry Crumble Bars

blueberry crumble bars

I love every times when I bought berry fruits, last week I bought almost all king of berries; strawberry, blackberry and blueberry. I bought 4 package of blueberries each pack @125g. I was invited by my friend from German language course for Grill-Party, I decided to bring some dessert to make the party become “sweet”. So I made this blueberry crumb bars.

For this recipe I coated the blueberries with sugar and corn starch, and make the crumble for the layer, bake it , cut it and ready to eat. For the party, I underlined the bars with baking paper, so that easy to share.
