Blueberry Cream Cheese Puff Pastry

I’ve made this blueberry cream cheese puff pastry as my friend suddenly came to visit me few days ago. I didn’t have anything to serve as tea/coffee time. I looked at my refrigerator and I found stocks of fresh blueberries, cream cheese and puff pastry. So I made this fast-dessert for tea time. It’s easy to make with only few ingredients.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Puff Pastry


  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 2 cups (250g) fresh blueberries, washed
  • 100g cream cheese, softened
  • For the glaze:
  • 1/2 cup (75g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


  1. Preheat oven 200°C/400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Rolled out puff pastry, spread cream cheese, add fresh cranberries on top.
  2. Bake 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, cool down for a moment, cut into few pieces (square or triangle).
  3. Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice in a bowl, drizzle the glaze with spoon over the puff pastries.
