Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

blueberry cheesecake bars

Sunday, Day 7 : Blueberry cheesecake bars. Finally I did it, everyday posted one recipe with blueberry for one week.

The cheesecake that I made today is German-style cheesecake or known as Käsekuchen / Quarkkuchen. I didn’t use cream cheese to make the filling but Quark, sometimes translated into English, means cottage cheese, but the quark cheese made from sour milk. Quark is normally used for German baked cheesecake. Of course you can use softened cream cheese for this recipe. To make a little bit chocolate taste, I added cocoa powder into crust mixture. Yummy blueberry cheesecake bars! perfect for coffee or tea time.

This is the list of Blueberry Week recipes that I’ve made everyday for one week:

Day 1: Blueberry Mango Smoothie

Day 2: Blueberry Walnut Honey Yogurt

Day 3: Blueberry Spinach Banana Smoothie

Day 4: Blueberry Lemon Scones

Day 5: Blueberry Peach smoothie

Day 6: Blueberry Bagels
