I love energy balls! I ate this normally for breakfast, of course you can eat this anytime you want. I’ve bought a lot of blackberries and made some recipes with blackberries. This blackberry coconut energy balls is one of my favorite. You can eat just like that or keep it in the fridge before serving.

Blackberry Coconut Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 8 fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup ground almond
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon acai powder (optional)
  • some coconut flakes for coating

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients with food processor until combined.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll into balls
  3. Coat with coconut flakes.
