Oatmeal is our favorite breakfast every morning, normally we just combining it with yogurt and fruit, yesterday I made overnight oats and it was so good that I’m going to make this again and again. Basically you can combine it with ingredients you like, on this recipe I added a lot of ingredients such as dried cranberry, chocolate chips, chopped almond etc. I soaked the rolled oats with mixture mashed banana, almond butter, honey and soy milk. Hmm yummy breakfast!

Banana Almond Cranberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup soy milk or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberry
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almond
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a big bowl, combine mashed banana with almond butter, soy milk and honey. Stir well.
  2. Add rolled oats, cinnamon powder, dried cranberry, chopped almond, chocolate chips and flax seeds. Combine well.
  3. Pour into small jars, keep in refrigerator overnight.
  4. Ready to enjoy in the morning.
