I’ve made baked dill potato wedges as side dish. It’s simple to make, you just need to cut wedges the potatoes, coat it with secret mixture, bake it and ready to serve. The secret mixture that I mean is the mixture of olive oil, dried dill, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and paprika powder. You can also use fresh garlic and fresh dill on this recipe for tasty flavor.
On this recipe, I didn’t peel the potatoes, I just washed it and sliced it into wedges form. I lined baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread the potato wedges there, coated it with the oil-mixture and baked it. How long you bake it’s depends on how big the potatoes are. Here I baked for 20 minutes, flip them and continue baked it for another 10 minutes.
