I’ve made this baked corn on the cob yesterday as companion for my dinner. You only need less ingredients to make this and you’ll surprise with the result. Here I used cleaned fresh corn cobs, if you buy fresh corn ears, husk the corn, remove the silk and rinse it by running cold water over them. Rip off a large sheet of aluminum foil , brush the corn cob with butter (2 tablespoons of room temperature butter on each corn cob) , season with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, bake 180°C/350°F for 30 minutes. Before serving, add more butter (you’ll see the butter melts…yum).
