I just made this avocado peach yogurt breakfast this morning, it’s very fast to make and taste really good. The ingredients for this recipe are; avocado, peach, yogurt, hazelnut butter, maple syrup and brown flax seeds. If you don’t have hazelnut butter, you can substitute it with almond butter or peanut butter. Hazelnut butter very popular in Europe, it’s used as a food spread made from crushed and blended hazelnuts. It’s available in both crunchy and smooth varieties.
The flax seeds that I used here are brown flax seeds, there is also yellow or golden flax seeds. This recipe is only for one person (only for me), you can double the portion if you want.
