I just made this yesterday for lunch, it was so delicious, interesting mixture of radicchio and pear, the dressing is the important one, it makes the salad taste good. I sprinkle the salad with flax seeds and chopped Brazil nuts.

Autumn season, it’s pumpkin time. For breakfast, I’ve made pumpkin chia coconut milk porridge with gluten free oats. Season with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and vanilla. It gave me warm feeling after eating this.
