Pumpkin Chia Coconut Milk Porridge

Autumn season, it’s pumpkin time. For breakfast, I’ve made pumpkin chia coconut milk porridge with gluten free oats. Season with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and vanilla. It gave me warm feeling after eating this.

Golden Milk

November in Germany…brrr very cold weather, no sunlight at all the whole day. We need a powerful hot drink to strength our immune system, it’s Golden Milk ….made from turmeric spice and coconut milk. Enjoy it!

Black-eyed pea patties

This black-eyed pea patties are perfect to enjoy as snack or appetizer served with mayonnaise paprika dip, wow taste so good. The patties were a little bit spicy because I added green chili and jalapeño into it, and I spread with lime juice for tangy flavor.

Actually, I’m not a fans of beetroot, it taste so ‘earthy’, so I always ate beetroot in a form of dessert, for example like this cake that I’m going to post today; Beetroot Coconut Chocolate Cake.

Duchess Potatoes

I’m addicted to this Duchess potatoes, it looks so cute and taste good :-). It’s made from purée of mashed potatoes and combine with egg yolk, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Place it in piping bag with star tip and make a swirl shapes. bake until golden.
