Apple Tiramisu


In winter I found many sort of apples, I bought a lot of apples and love to make my own homemade apple sauce. For this tiramisu, you need the apple sauce or in Germany known as Apfelmuss, biscuits and mixture of eggnog-honey Mascarpone cream cheese

Apple Tiramisu


  • 500g Apple sauce
  • 250g Quark/curd cheese/cream cheese
  • 250g Mascarpone cheese
  • 150ml Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Eggnog
  • 100g lady finger Biscuit


  1. Crush the lady finger biscuit.
  2. Mix quark, mascarpone, honey, milk and eggnog in a bowl.
  3. Prepare apple sauce.
  4. Prepare transparent glass (so that you can see the layer).
  5. First put some of crushed biscuit, then apple sauce and mascarpone-mixture, repeat again.
  6. Spread crushed biscuit on top.
  7. Enough for 3-5 persons, depend on the glassed you use.
  8. Enjoy your dessert.
