Acai Blueberry Smoothie Bowl


Smoothie bowl is our breakfast menu every day. Basically it’s a mixture of fruit, liquid and seeds you have at home. This acai blueberry smoothie bowl made from mixture of blueberries, banana, almond milk, chia seeds and agave syrup. Yup all ingredients are vegan. I used acai powder from Organic Burst. At the end, it’s always fun to decorate the topping of smoothie bowl :-).


Acai Blueberry Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberry
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon acai powder
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth with food processor or blender.
  2. Pour into bowl and decorate with sliced banana, blueberry and chia seeds.
